Haikyu!! is an electrifying sports anime that follows the journey of Shoyo Hinata, a boy who falls in love with volleyball after watching a national championship match featuring a legendary player known as the “Little Giant.” Despite his short stature, Hinata is determined to follow in the “Little Giant’s” footsteps and become a star spiker.

In his final year of middle school, Hinata finally gets to play in a tournament but suffers a crushing defeat to the team led by Tobio Kageyama, a brilliant but arrogant setter nicknamed the “King of the Court.” Vowing revenge, Hinata enrolls in Karasuno High School, the “Little Giant’s” alma mater, only to discover that his arch-rival, Kageyama, is now his teammate.

Initially unable to tolerate each other, Hinata and Kageyama are forced to work together. Their clashing personalities and skills eventually combine to create a formidable weapon: an unprecedentedly fast and accurate “freak quick” attack. Under the guidance of their eccentric coach and with the support of a renewed team of talented but underachieving players, Karasuno, once known as the “Fallen Giants,” begins its climb back to national prominence. The series follows the team’s relentless training and intense matches against powerful rivals as they strive to reach the national tournament. Season 3 culminates in the climactic, high-stakes battle against the powerhouse team, Shiratorizawa Academy, fought for the single spot to Nationals.
