Bucchigiri?! is a wild, genre-bending anime that blends the classic Japanese delinquent subculture with the supernatural elements of One Thousand and One Nights. The story centers on Arajin Tomoshibi, a seemingly ordinary and cowardly young man who has just returned to his hometown. His only goal is to find a girlfriend and live a peaceful high school life, but his plans are immediately thrown into chaos when he is reunited with his childhood friend, Matakara Asamine, who is now a high-ranking member of the Minato Kai gang.

Arajin’s bad luck only multiplies when he catches the eye of a girl named Mahoro, who happens to be the younger sister of Marito Jin, the intimidating and hyper-violent leader of the rival gang, the Siguma Squad.
